Looking to set goals and start a journey to a better, healthier, happier you? There are some simple things you can do, starting today, to start the path of a better you. To help you become the best version of yourself, join us for a 30 day challenge to a better you. Write down your goals and track your progress throughout the next 30 days with our FREE goal tracker – “30 Days to a Better Me.”

One of our favorite books is The Compound Effect. The compound effect is “the strategy of reaping huge rewards from small, seemingly insignificant actions. Small choices + consistency + time = significant results.” Writing down goals and keeping track of progress is the best way to make effectual change. Without a plan, becoming who you want to be and forming the habits and talents you want to acquire is merely a dream.

When thinking about your goals and habits you want to work on – remember that instead of starting with huge goals and implementing big drastic changes, focus on baby steps and consistently making those small choices. Daily, small changes can produce huge results in what is known as the Compound Effect. Consistently choosing to become just 1% better each day will compound into us reaping huge rewards from those small, seemingly insignificant choices. Everyday decisions will either take us to the life we desire or disaster by default. Let’s work towards the life we want and deserve! Set small goals and reap huge rewards.

The best part about the 30 day challenge and goal tracker sheet is you can make adjustments when needed. We broke the goal sheet down into 10 day increments, so you can adjust your goals as the 30 days progress. If you’re not challenging yourself enough, you can set tougher goals for the next 10 day increment. Or if you’re like me, you may need to tweak it so it’s a more realistic and achievable goal.

Remember it’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency. Don’t throw away your goals and plan because you missed a day. Get back on track and work on your goals the next day.

Every day is a new day to choose a better you.

You can start your 30 days whenever you decide. You don’t need to wait until the beginning of the month or a Monday. There are no dates or days on the goal tracker sheet because your 30 day challenge starts when you decide to start.
