We love printables because they’re cost effective and a fun DIY project. These paper Easter garlands are easy to make and so cute. Use them for your Easter brunch or a kids Easter party!
I said a hip hop, hippie to the hippity, hip, hip a hop, and you don’t stop….just re-living my sister playing this song on repeat in the 90’s when I was a kid. 🙂 Paper garlands are easy, cost way less than the felt garlands, and they’re completely customizable to match any decor or any length of mantle (or table or banister or wherever you feel like putting one).
Wanna hear the backstory of these DIY printable Easter garlands?? They started when Stacey was a young mom and her husband was finishing school. She loved the felt ball garlands but couldn’t afford them at the time so she decided to get a circle puncher, punch out some cardstock and make her own! GENIUS! And now we use them for literally everything: parties, holidays, church activities, etc. I’m not as handy with a sewing machine as my sister (and by not as handy I mean I don’t use them ever) but even I can whip up a garland that would rival Martha Stewart. 🙂 You can sew the paper together or you can just attach to a string or twine with tape.
*UPDATE: In order to maintain this little blog and offer more printables in the future, we had to make the tough decision to start charging a small fee for some of our printables. You only need a handful of items to create this Easter garland for your own decor: cardstock, scissors, a circle puncher and a sewing machine. And the best part, you can get your kids involved! My kids love helping punch out and cut out the pieces. And the older kids (8+) even help sew everything together. That’s a win win in my book!
